Working Style

  • How we work here ?

    We offer “hybrid work style” that allows employees to combine working from the office and from any location of their choice. In this model, employees are expected to work in the office for two days each week, while the remaining days can be spent working remotely. The specific days for in-office work may vary depending on the department and team requirements, ensuring alignment with operational needs.   • What are the employee benefits ?

  • Do you have a chance to use English ?

    Our headquarter in Japan, with additional offices in India and Malaysia, which fosters the use of English in our daily work. The extent of English usage may vary based on the department and position, so we recommend confirming the specifics during the selection process.

  • Please tell me your working hours.

Tools and Systems

  • How do employees track their annual leave ?

    Employees can track their annual leave using our attendance management system, which provides a clear and updated view of their leave balance. This system ensures that leave requests and approvals are simple and transparent, making it easy to manage time off effectively.

  • What kind of platforms using in work ?

    We use several platforms to support our work, including Slack for communication, Notion for documentation and simple project management needs, and Google Workspace for collaboration. Additionally, we utilize other tools to enhance efficiency. Our work environment is primarily cloud-based, ensuring that daily tasks are seamless and accessible from anywhere.

  • Please tell me about the evaluation system and timing of evaluation.

    We conduct performance evaluations twice a year. At the start of each period, individual goals are established using the OKRs framework in collaboration with the department head. Performance is then assessed based on the standards of the RAKSUL evaluation system.

Recruitment process

  • What is the selection process ?

    The steps are "Interview" → "Work Sample Test" → "Final Interview". For more information, please refer Recruitment Process.
    The Work Sample Test is a step in the selection process where candidates complete practical tasks and engage in discussions with interviewers. This ensures alignment and avoids potential mismatches between both parties. The tasks and the number of interviews vary based on the position.
    For roles equivalent to department manager level or above, we also request references check as part of the hiring process.

  • How long does it take to get the interview result ?

    The average time to receive interview results is about 3 days after each interview, but it typically does not exceed 1 week. The entire interview process usually takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.

New graduate recruitment/internships

  • Do you offer internships ? And how long for the internship program ?

    We recruit short-term and long-term internships depending on the business situation. When we start recruiting, we will post it on the recruitment list on our recruitment website , so please check there.
    The internship program typically lasts for at least 3-month and may extend longer depending on business situation and interneess availabilities.

  • Is there any chances to be employed as a fulltime employee after complete the internships ?

    Yes, there is a possibility of being employed as a full-time employee after completing the internship. However, this depends entirely on the business situation at the time.
