Work Environment
Office
RAKSUL Vietnam’s office has modern facilities and comfortable working space. You can sit and work anywhere in an office floor. There are also other facilities such as private meeting room, free coffee and drinking water, etc.

Working Style
Agile scrum development
Our team consists of 4 to 8 diverse members such as Product Managers, Designers and Engineers etc. Each team executes work autonomously based on development roadmap and priorities.
With planning and retrospective, we aim for productive development with the team members.Pair/mob programming
Conducted when a member has a problem that is difficult to solve in the development process, and when a new member joins the company. This also helps with sharing domain knowledge, standardizing operations and improving product quality.
Monthly firm-wide meetings
To provide latest business performance information as well as about future business expansion / development.
Other engineer meetups are also organized to inform about latest news on product development, as well as to facilitate idea exchange and technical experience propagation.
