To reinvent old industry with technology’s power, Raksul is delivering products to lots of customers every day with global offices in Japan, Vietnam and India.

Now, we’re working with 30 members in Vietnam office established in 2020 as one of the global offices of Raksul. Though it has still been directed by leadership team of software engineer or product manager, to scale the Vietnam office, we look for the member who will direct administrative team and build a great working environment with more than 100 members within few years together.

Position Overview

Job Description

The main mission of this position is to corporate with engineering leadership teams, and plan and execute all the company’s strategy apart from product development works. Because Vietnam office size is small now, the responsibilities are wide discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, manage, and develop the capacity of administrative staff: Talent Acquisition, Bookkeeper, etc..,  to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
  • Create roadmap and provide strategy for scaling office, enhancing talent skill, culture and diversity for long term from the development director’s long term plan
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, organize external seminars, plan internship programs with university, and so on.
  • Manage P&L:  Plan proper labor cost and expenditure’s forecast for long term organization’s scale
  • Carry out audit and inspection to assess risks associated with the business

Basic Qualification

  • Some solid working experiences related to administrative works such as HRBP, Business Administration, Organization Development, General Affair, etc.
  • Skills to identify issues and trends in order to anticipate change, provide comprehensive solutions and remedies, and influence/work with others to achieve the desired goals
  • Ability to manage relationships, motivate, and lead groups of people at various levels, and influence actions and decisions to conform to the goals of the company
  • Working with software engineers in IT industry for 3 years
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skill (CEFR – B2)
  • Native Vietnamese, or working experience in Vietnam for 3 years

Preferred Experience

  • External branding and employment branding across the multiple regions’ organization
  • Project management to achieve the goals of the organization working through and with cross-functional teams, global/regional stakeholders, vendors.
  • Working or studying in foreign countries with multi regions’ members
  • Japanese working proficiency
